Scholarstic Questions and Answers

There was a young man who went overseas to study for a quite a long time. When he returned, he asked his parents to find him a scholar who can answer his 3 questions. …

His parents introduced him to a renounced scholar of their time. The diologue:

Young man: Who are you? Can you answer my 3 question?
Scholar: I am one of Allah’s slave and Insha'Allah I will be able to answer your questions.
Young man: are you sure? Lots of professors and experts were not able to answer my questions.
Scholar: I will try my best with the help of Allah
Young man: Ok, here is my Question:
1. Does God exist? If so, show me his shape
2. What sis taqdeer(fate)?
3.If satan was created from the fire, why at the end he will be thrown to hell that is also created from fire. It certainly will not hurt him at all since satan and hell were created from fire. Did God think of this far?
Suddenly the scholar slapped the young man on the face very very hard.
Young man: why do you get angry with me?
Scholar: I am not angry. The slap is my answer to your questions.
Young man: I really do not understand.
Scholar: How do you feel after I slapped you?
Young man: of course I felt pain.
Scholar: So do you believe that pain exist?
Young man: yes
Scholar: Show me the shape of the pain!
Young man: I cannot.
Scholar: That is my first answer.
All of us feel God ’s existence without being able to see His shape. Last night, did you dream that you will be slapped by me?
Young man: No
Scholar: did you ever think that you will get a slap from me today?
Young man: No
Scholar: That is taqdeer(fate) my second answer. My hand that I used to slap you, what is it created from?
Young man: It is created from flesh.
Scholar: How about your face, what is it created from?
Young man: Flesh
Scholar: How do you feel after I slapped you?
Young man: Pain
Scholar: That’s it. This is my third answer, even though satan and also the hell were created from the fire, if Allah wants, the hell will become a very painful place for satan.

Greetings Danbuzu, may God bless you & yours!I hope you are not taking the credit for writing the philisophical dialogue between the scholar and the seeker with three questions.I noticed someone above wrote; 'u must be a scholar' another asked where you get your jokes (though it is hardly a joke) and you replied; 'inspiration'.I think you should admit to these people that this well known dialogue was not 'inspired' by yourself, it is known that the scholar was in fact Imam Abu Hanifa (699 — 767 CE / 80 — 148 AH) who was the founder of the Sunni Hanafi school of fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence).

As usual, for every category of question, there's a category of answer. He refered to the post as joke, so I did answer him that way. Period!
